What a coincidence. Same time, same sofa, different day. Mood level? Pretty high :-) This week has been great. Did tons of work, some climbing, but not much. Unload week, rest week :)
Midd of this week, I came across this podcast from Rich Roll, and Neil Pasricha about Happiness. Well as many of us might, I definitely was and still looking for lasting happiness.
This podcast is a reminder of how to live, a happy and fulfilling life. For some, it might be a starting point. Trust me, there is something called LASTING HAPPINESS!

Yeah, it’s quite a chill day today. Sunny, 40 degrees Dubai :)
As I am writing this, I am in the comfort of my home. Sofa, plants, music and I am cooking a soup. Lentil soup…. yummyy
Since last month, I started to follow the moon calendar. I came across this idea a few weeks ago. I was in the Swiss Alps for the bouldering trip and I noticed this large moon getting ready for the fool moon. Something hit me, so I wanted to check what s all about that full moon.

I started going through my personal journals and notes. I started to see the pattern of high-energy and low-energy days. I would find notes about my mood, and feelings. About my training performance, my anxieties, and my excitement.
So I decided to follow this calendar and I already feel I am more in tune with the nature of the moon cycle. I know, that this week we are slowly losing energy from the moon. I feel I should also:
slow down
refresh, recharge, recover
plan goals
meditate
listen to music
cuddle with my partner
go for a walk
love myself and be kind to myself
